As you can see we procure and sell a wide variety of tail sizes, each has their own distinct flavour and texture. Due to the ever changing Lobster tail market, prices are subject to change depending on supply, market conditions, seasonality and economic pressure.

Lobster Tails are packaged in 10 Lbs boxes.

Order Spec: 

10 Lbs Units can be packed in 50 Lbs Master Cartons for bulk orders

Processing: 

All tails are IQF and Individually wrapped for superior Quality.  Tails are processed from wild caught lobsters, purged and graded for export.

Sustainability: 

WWF/SASSI BEST CHOICE - GREEN LABEL

All lobster procured and processed (Jasus Lalandii and Palinurus Delegoa) are deemed environmentally sustainable as per WWF and SASSI
